To return your product, please follow these steps:
- Please submit a return request to our customer care team at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
- Mark the RMA number clearly on the original packaging and outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address we provide. Use a trackable method of shipping to ensure the returned product arrives back to us.
*Full refund means the total amount you paid for your original order + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed. Should the timing not be adequate to cancel the order, then please follow the return process steps.
Receiving A Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less shipping and handling fees.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at email@example.com. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Salvation will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
